  Providence Road is and has always been a great place to worship the Lord. My family loves the old time choir songs and fundamentally sound doctrine preached each week. My children love their Sunday school classes and being part of such a wonderful youth group.

  I went to a Youth Rally tonight and was very Blessed hearing Brother Brian Douthit.
  I thank GOD for churches like Providence Road, and like my own, Ostwalt Baptist. I read many negative reviews on here and am not sure what could've been said or done to upset so many.
  Our GOD is a loving, merciful GOD, but HE'S also a GOD of judgment and wrath.
  JESUS calls us to follow HIM and obey HIS Words. We are to love everyone, but that doesn't mean that sin will not be talked about.

  The bible does speak harshly towards homosexuality (Deuteronomy 22:5), but it does so during a time before the grace of God was he over every sin (past, present, and future). When Jesus walked the earth he didn't look down on people of all kinds, he sat down with them and heals them. I don't agree with homosexuality, but who am I to judge someone for living a certain way? That's part of the freedom that God gave us as humans. Furthermore, who are you to judge someone for living a certain way? Jesus said, "He who is without sin may cast the first stone." I have sinned because I was born into sin, just as all of you were. Beware of living by the sword [of persecution], lest he die by the sword [of persecution] (Matthew 26:52)
